When should we book a wedding planner?

• Ideally 12–18 months before the wedding for full planning, though I can also support couples with shorter timelines depending on availability.

Do you travel for weddings?

• Yes — I travel within the greater Wellington region. The cost of travel is  additional.

Do you work with specific vendors only?

• I recommend specific trusted suppliers, but I'm also happy to collaborate with vendors chosen by you.

Will you be there on the wedding day?

• Yes — I will personally oversee your wedding day to ensure every element is executed with care, precision, and intention. From supplier coordination to timeline management and handling any unexpected details discreetly behind the scenes, my presence allows you, your family, and your guests to be fully present and enjoy the celebration with complete peace of mind.

How do we get started?

• The process begins with an enquiry through the website, where you can share a little about your wedding plans, vision, and preferred date.

• From there, we’ll arrange a consultation call to discuss your celebration in more detail, answer any questions, and explore how I can best support you throughout the planning process.

• Following our conversation, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining the recommended services and investment.

• Once you’re ready to proceed, your date will be secured with a signed agreement and booking fee, allowing the planning journey to officially begin.
